Our varieties have excellent thermal processing properties. Pizza is one of the most popular dishes all over the world. But when we replace the traditional potato dough, the pizza becomes a culinary temptation.
We recommend the use of the variety SOLIST, BORWINA, SORAYA, ALEGRIA, BIRGIT and others for baking.
Products:
about one kilogram of potatoes
120 grams of grated cheese, other cheeses (optional)
120 grams of ham or other sausage (optional)
1 tomato or 150 grams ground sterilized tomatoes
vegetable oil
yellow cheese and freshly ground black pepper to taste, savory on desire and garlic powder
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Put them in a pot with water and boil them with a little salt. When the potatoes are cooked, cool them with cold water.
3. Pour them into a slightly greased pan and grind them with a fork. Spread good.
4.Turn potatoes or other sausage on the potatoes and add all the usual pizza products – mushrooms, vegetables and cheeses, sprinkle with yellow cheese.
5. Bake the pizza in the oven for at least 15-20 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
