Roasted chicken with beer and potatoes

 

Our varieties have excellent thermal processing properties. Roasted potatoes are a desirable and loved dish, especially combined with appropriate meat. We recommend the use of the variety SOLIST, BORWINA, SORAYA, ALEGRIA, BIRGIT and others for baking.

Products: 1 chicken (1.5 kg), 500ml beer,  125g cow butter,  salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste,  750g potatoes

Method of preparation:

1. The chicken is cleaned and washed.
2. Salted and anointed with part of the oil and red pepper.
3. Chilled chicken is placed in a suitable container, poured with beer, rolled with aluminum foil and baked in a moderately heated oven (180 ° -200 °) for about 40 minutes.
4. Potatoes are peeled and cut, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste and added to the chicken.
5. The dish is baked for about 40 minutes, and the last 15 minutes of the aluminum foil is removed to allow the chicken to get a light crust.
